Top events of the season

The Christmas season is warming up! The Tallinn Christmas Market doesn't open until December 1st, but there is plenty to keep you busy in the meantime. Start your shopping at the St. Martin's Day Fair, one of Estonia's biggest handicraft markets of the year. Then get into the Christmas spirit with Christmas Jazz or dance the night away with Loreen!

Tallinn-Helsinki ferry connection back to pre-pandemic levels

Ferry travel

Now that Tallink has added additional trips from Tallinn to Helsinki with the Victoria I, ferry traffic between the two capital cities will once again be at pre-pandemic levels. There are now 14 departures per day. Tallink has also reopened the popular 22-hour cruise on the Tallinn-Helsinki route.

Tallinn Card for efficient explorers

Tallinn Card is a great tool for independent travellers looking to optimize their city break. With the free public transport included, they can get around the city quickly and easily by hopping on the nearest tram or bus and then enter dozens of museums and attractions for free.

Matka Fair

Come Visit Estonia at Matka Fair at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre from January 19th to 21st!

 

Visit Estonia has a destination stand with various Estonian partners and will also be taking part in the Matka Workshop Day on January 17th. January 18th at 15:00 (room 201) media is invited to hear the freshest about Estonia. Stay tuned for more details.
